Weld On Clear Primer P-70 is used to soften the surfaces of PVC and CPVC pipe and fittings which is necessary for the proper solvent of the materials. It is the most aggressive primer commercially available and with this excellent product you can also use it for cold weather application. Weld On Clear Primer P-70 meets the standard of ASTM F-656 and SCAQMD1168.
