integrity of the merchandise that is sold and offers customers only quality
parts at the best price available.
Refunds are only available for new & unused items that have no visible manufacturer
defects and will be issued for:
- Dissatisfaction for new & unused items
- Exchange for new & unused items
- Shipping Error (please see "Shipping Error" section for details)
Refunds are not available for items under the following conditions:
- Item has been used (Even if only for a brief time and even if item is still
- Item fails after use (This is considered a manufacturer defect)
- Manufacturer defect (Noticed after use)
- Manufacturer defect before use (Such as visible damage)
- Dissatisfaction after use
- Chemicals cannot be returned for any reason
- Exchange after use
- Electrical items
SWIMCSI.com does not sell refurbished or used merchandise; all products come directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor and are new.
SWIMCSI.com does not accept the returning of used merchandise because SWIMCSI.com does not sell used merchandise.
SWIMCSI.com does not accept the return of defective merchandise because SWIMCSI.com does not have the means to repair such merchandise; however, should you find yourself in possession of merchandise with a manufacturer defect, we are more than happy to assist you with manufacturer replacement information. SWIMCSI.com is a division of AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. and a AZ Pool Supplies Inc. Customer Service Representative must approve and issue an RMA for all merchandise being returned for any reason.
At the time of delivery, AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. will refuse any parcel that does not have a valid RMA visible on the outside of the parcel.
SWIMCSI.com offers customers the lowest cost pricing SWIMCSI.com can, as such, the cost of a return shipping is not added into the price of the order. This means that the returning party will be responsible for all shipping costs on any items returned do to dissatisfaction or exchange. Return of orders that received free shipping from SwimCSI.com, will be refunded less the actual shipping cost that SwimCSI.com incurred to ship the order.
SwimCSI.com is not a delivering party and therefore is not responsible for returned items lost in transit. You must obtain a tracking number from the delivering company and follow up with that delivering company in the case that shipped items are lost.
All returned items are subject to inspection before a return credit or exchange can be approved.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or changed your mind, SwimCSI.com is glad to refund or exchange any new and unused (non-defective) merchandise within 30 days of receipt. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked manufacturer packaging including all parts, accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. SwimCSI.com will assess a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise.
Orders that had free shipping will be charged the original shipping charge that was incurred by SwimCSI.com to ship the order.
*Please note that if you order the wrong part for your system we will NOT apply any restocking fee as long as the part is in unused condition and you request an exchange for the correct part. A new shipping charge will be applied to the exchange order.
Restocking fees will be waived if the item(s) is exchanged for another item(s).
In the rare event that an incorrect item is received, verified as the item SKU numbers do not match the items on the invoice, SwimCSI.com must be notified within 10 days of the date of delivery.
Upon notification and verification of incorrect items, SwimCSI.com will immediately issue a return shipping label via email, fax, or mail based on the customer's preference.
Once the incorrect item(s) has been received and verified by SwimCSI.com the corrected order will be immediately shipped at no additional freight.
SwimCSI.com reserves the right to verify any shipping errors and adjust costs (such as the cost of the return shipping label) based on the findings.
If an item is defective you must contact the manufacturer to obtain warranty of the item. If you need assistance in obtaining the warranty, please contact us.
If you need to cancel your order, you must notify us through our contact us page (email) to obtain a response approving the cancellation. If the order has been already processed, even if it lacks tracking information, then not always can we cancel it. We do our best to expedite every order, sometimes we cannot stop the process and you would then need to reach out to us to obtain a return authorization number. All returns from a cancelled order, the customer is responsible for freight charges.
